Matthew R. Passeri

Matt focuses his practice on first-party property insurance claims and litigation and subrogation recovery. He also defends policyholders against third-party claims involving personal injury, wrongful death, fires, property damage, and other claims. Matt is experienced in presenting cases at trials, arbitration proceedings, and before appellate courts. Before attending law school, Matt worked as an insurance adjuster and investigator. He draws upon that experience to understand the needs and expectations of insurance professionals.

Matt graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 2012. He completed his undergraduate studies in 2001 as a member of the Corps of Cadets at Norwich University, where he obtained a B.A. in Criminal Justice and spent two years on the varsity hockey team. He also earned an M.S. in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University in 2002.

Matt is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association, Maine Bar Association, and Vermont Bar Association. He also serves as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals in his community.
