Scott L. Dildine

Scott has been in practice since 2004 and has spent more than a decade representing national and regional insurers in subrogation matters. His practice focuses on property subrogation claims, including fire, explosion, fire protection systems, water damage, and product liability claims.

Before joining the firm, Scott was the Litigation Director and Staff Attorney for a national subrogation services company.

Scott is a graduate of the Northeastern University School of Law, where his program of study included cooperative internships with a federal magistrate judge and a national insurer. Scott received a B.A. cum laude in Philosophy with a minor in Russian from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
